Privacy Policy

How NCRYSTAL Health handles personal information received through this website.

Who we are

NCRYSTAL Health Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through this website and through enquiries or recruitment applications submitted online. Company number: 13134941.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, contact details, postcode or area, information about the support you are seeking, referral information you choose to provide, and recruitment information such as date of birth, work experience, employment history, training and qualifications, right-to-work position, Home Office share code where applicable, sponsorship requirements, DBS status, availability, CV details and the professional contact details of referees you nominate.

As part of recruitment and safer-recruitment checks, applicants are required to upload the evidence requested by the application form. This includes a CV and identity document, together with driving-licence evidence where a driving licence is declared, DBS evidence where a current Enhanced DBS is declared, training certificates where current training is declared, and immigration, residence or eVisa-status evidence where that right-to-work route applies.

If you provide referee details, you should have permission to share their professional contact information with NCRYSTAL Health. We use referee information only for recruitment and safer-recruitment checks connected with your application.

Why we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, consider referrals, assess whether we may be able to provide appropriate support, process job applications, verify identity, driving status, DBS information, training and qualifications, obtain professional references, carry out identity and right-to-work checks, assess sponsorship requirements, meet legal or regulatory obligations, protect people from harm, maintain website security and manage legitimate business administration.

Right-to-work information

If you provide a Home Office right-to-work share code, NCRYSTAL Health uses it together with the information required by the official Home Office service to complete the relevant employer check. Uploaded identity or immigration documents do not replace an official online right-to-work check where that check is required.

Lawful bases

Our lawful basis will depend on the purpose. It may include taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, protecting vital interests, carrying out tasks connected with health or social care, and our legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it.

Special category information

Health and care information is more sensitive. Please do not send detailed medical records through the general website form. Where health information is needed to assess or deliver care, it is handled under the additional protections required by UK data-protection law and our care-record governance procedures.

Who we may share information with

Information may be shared only where necessary and lawful, for example with authorised NCRYSTAL staff, healthcare or social-care professionals involved in a referral or care arrangement, commissioners or funding bodies, safeguarding authorities, regulators, the Home Office or official checking services where applicable, professional advisers, insurers, IT or email service providers, and law-enforcement bodies where required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, taking account of legal, regulatory, safeguarding, employment and insurance requirements. Recruitment information for unsuccessful applicants is not kept indefinitely. Evidence retained following a completed statutory right-to-work check is kept for the period required by applicable law and guidance.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, ask for portability, and complain about how your information is handled. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

Contact and complaints

For privacy questions or requests, email info@ncrystalhealth.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled.

Website security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through the website. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Applicants should upload only documents relevant to recruitment and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
