NCRYSTAL Health Ltd provides person-centred care and support for adults who want to remain safe, independent and connected to everyday life. We work with individuals, families, social workers, commissioners and healthcare professionals to understand what matters, agree clear outcomes and build support around the person’s routines, preferences, strengths and risks.

Our approach

We focus on dignity, choice, consistency and accountability. Support is planned with the person, reviewed when needs change and delivered within the boundaries of each worker’s role and competence.

• Safeguarding, incident reporting and learning from concerns.
• Medication support delivered only where assessed, authorised and within staff competence.
• Clear communication with families and professionals where consent and information-sharing rules allow.

Our regulated service

NCRYSTAL Health Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission for the regulated activity of Personal care at its registered homecare location. Regulated care is delivered within the scope and conditions of that registration.

Who we support

Our registered service includes support for adults under and over 65, including people living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Every enquiry is assessed individually so we can be clear about whether we can safely and appropriately meet the person’s needs.
